Want to give your Sims some more stuff to do? Let them watch something new on a computer or the big screen. With each DVD, there is also a poster, which you can find in Build-Buy mode. For a better experience, click on the Sim watching the movie and press Shift+Tab to enter first-person mode. This will allow you to watch the movies through your sim's eyes.

Once you download the "It's Movie Time" mod, don't forget to download any DVDs as well, found here (SFW-SD), here (SFW-HD) and here (NSFW-HD)

How it works
Once the mod and any DVDs has been installed in the game, the "It's Movie Time" menu will show up on the TV/Console/Computer, and you can either have your Sim watch the DVDs through the "Play a DVD..." sub-menu or play the DVD manually through the "Turn On..." (TV/Console only) sub-menu. The "Turn On" feature will lock down the TV on the chosen DVD, so no other sim will be able to take over the TV until you turn it off. This feature will come in handy for those who own a Cinema venue.

Installation
Download the "It's Movie Time" zip file and any DVDs in the download area and extract their content into your Sims 4 mods directory (typically C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods).

Updating
Download the files in the download area and extract their content into your Sims 4 mods directory (typically C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods). When asked to override existing files, press Yes.

Remember to delete localthumbcache.package and avatarcache.package in your Sims 4 directory after updating mods.
