Add a portrait pic to almost anybody in the game! Port of the Kingmaker's version (https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderkingmaker/mods/100), perhaps with slight changes, but the same idea. Game version 2.1.5r

in your portraits folder there is a new "CustomNpcPortraits - Yourheroname" folder, that's where you have to place your custom
portraits for companions
in Portraits - Npc go your npc portraits
and in Portraits - Army your army portraits
