I felt like the relationships spring boarded a bit compared to EA. I was missing out on some dialogue in certain 'stages' because of how fast it increased.
This is my personal tweak but noticed some felt the same way so thought I'd post it.

Approval values up to 20 are changed.
- Early agreeableness gets on their good side; not their best friend side.
- Plot points and pivotal moments still provide a large boost reflecting their impact.
- They now offer more weight but aren't hindrances.
- They often keep positive approval in check from spring boarding.
