LOCATION:
Both outfits can be found in ''Listening Post Bravo'' (near the Slog), along with a terminal and a holotape inside it.
Alternatively can be spawned via console with ''help renegade 4''

Why Redux?:
There were 2 major issues with the original armor, which is a shame because it is a very simple yet pleasing lore-friendly armor set. I took it upon myself to fix these problems and have used it for ~100hrs post with no further issues. 
Issue #1 was missing fingernails/invisible hands. I fixed this problem by adding gloves. Technically your hands are still invisible, just don't think about it.
Issue #2 was CTDs anytime the player or an npc recieved damage/was staggered when the armor was visible (including CTDs on death) this was due to a bad mesh in the 'rolled jeans'. I have fixed this problem by deleting the mesh. I think it looks a little goofy to have jeans tucked into boots, but the camera is never low enough for you to notice it.

The vest still turns silver in the rain, this might be due to True Storms, but it goes away after a few seconds. It is consistent with the 'Militarized Minutemen' vest texture this is pulled from.

I can attempt to fix any additional issues, but I am an amateur and make no promises.
