Condo Conspiracy adds in a new location to explore and mystery to solve based on the show: Seinfeld.

The pre-war Commonwealth wasn’t a stranger to immoral business. Dozens of borderline illegal activities happened everyday in the years preceding 2077. One example occurred as a result of Cosmo, a restaurant owner, having his own sketchy business venture 210 years ago.
Condo Conspiracy adds in a new location based on Jerry’s apartment from Seinfeld. You can explore this new location and try to put together the pieces of a story through various snippets of written lore and environmental storytelling.

All of this mod's content is contained within a new location called Cosmo’s Restaurant. It can be found north of the Vault-Tec Regional HQ and west of the Boston Bugle Building (very close to the Cabot House)
Compatibility notes:
Condo Conspiracy shouldn’t have any major conflicts unless you are playing with mods that affect the same exterior location as Cosmo’s Restaurant.
This project originally intended as “I wonder if I could make the weirdly shaped apartment set from Seinfeld” and snowballed into a story. A result of this means that there is a disconnect between the exterior worldspace and the interior of Cosmo’s Restaurant, which I am aware of.
