This is just a simple categories.dat that corrects MO2 categories to match the Nexus categories.
My MO2 categories are never accurate when I reinstall, so I have this at the ready.
There's also an optional splash.png for MO2 startup. (See Images)
I personally do portable installs of MO2, and would suggest you do the same.
So you can drop this and/or the splash.png right into the install folder.
If you chose the global install, I believe the install folder for this would be...
%appdata%/local/ModOrganizer/Fallout 4
