Usage:
After loading a game, hit the hotkey (' ]' by default) to display the counter. The counter reads the ini file every time is it toggled on, so you can make changes to the file, save it and toggle the counter to see your changes take effect.

With the included ini file you can customize the following:

• The hotkey used to toggle the counter on and off
• The exact location of the counter
• How frequently the counter updates
• The font
• The color (by default, it uses your system UI color)
• Whether to start enabled when you load the game

Known issues:
Changes to the hotkey only take affect after restarting the game.

As what seems to be the case with all script runner scripts, it can't read the filesystem after a Hotreload. This only really applies to mod developers as they are the only people who use Hotreload.
